This research community is to be drawn from established world class scholars, outstanding postdoctoral fellows trained both locally and overseas, and excellent graduate students nurtured by the Faculty and the University. Bright young scholars are going to mature through their learning from and working with established scholars and will become themselves leaders of research and drivers of growth.

The Institute is under the guidance of an Advisory Board, with members drawn from the international research community, in the formulation of its development plans, research direction and international collaborations.
